A new custody document has been filed, laying out the ground rules for Tia Mowry and Cory Hardrict's post-divorce family life.

Under the new terms, the 48-year-old Sister Sister alum and the 46-year-old All American: Homecoming star have agreed they will only go to the other’s house if they receive a personal invitation, according to People. There are also fresh guidelines for when Cory visits the kids during Tia's parenting time: he can visit as long as the time is "spent with both minor children," unless circumstances beyond their control prevent that from happening.

Keeping It Consistent

The pair have kept an existing rule in place, agreeing not to introduce their daughter Cairo, 8, and son Cree, 15, to any new significant others before hitting the six-month dating anniversary. This move suggests a focus on stability for their children above all else.

Tia announced her split from Cory after 14 years of marriage in October 2022, and their divorce was finalized in April 2023. At the time, she emphasized their commitment to an amicable relationship, saying, "These decisions are never easy, and not without sadness. We will maintain a friendship as we co-parent our beautiful children," she said at the time. The sentiment appears to be holding, with the new agreement functioning as a roadmap for that continued friendship.

The latest filing shows the exes are fine-tuning their co-parenting dynamic, setting clear expectations to avoid misunderstandings. It’s a practical step for a Hollywood split that has, so far, remained focused on the kids.
