Trisha Paytas Celebrates Hemorrhoid Removal With Louboutin Heels
The influencer turned a private medical moment into a public fashion statement, crediting her spouse for staying unfazed while her 'butt was just up here.'

For most people, a trip to the proctologist is a private affair. For Trisha Paytas, it was an occasion for a public celebration and a luxury shopping spree.
The influencer, 38, detailed the experience in a July 17 TikTok video. "Just got my hemorrhoid taken off my butt," Paytas explained the issue stemmed from pregnancy, saying, "I had the craziest hemorrhoids in pregnancy."
After the procedure, she headed to the mall. Her prize was a pair of black Fannylove pumps from Christian Louboutin. She called the heels and the medical treatment "both of those things are worth the money." "I love them so much and they're so so comfortable. I can actually wear these for hours at a time, and I cannot wear heels ever."
The Recovery Bag & Husband's Support
Her post-procedure kit was another point of pride. Paytas ranked her "hemorrhoid recovery bag," as the second worthwhile purchase. "They did give me some fiber for healthy poop," she noted of the doctor's office supplies. "They also gave me some gauze for my butt. I have just a big diaper in there right now."
Perhaps the most valuable part of the experience was her husband's reaction. Moses Hacmon, 48, was in the room for the entire removal. Paytas revealed that during the procedure, "Your butt's just up here and you're face down, and Moses is right there seeing all of it." She shared that Hacmon, whom she married in 2021, was "unfazed," adding, "I do love being that comfortable with someone."
In a follow-up TikTok, Paytas gave a positive recovery update. "It's healing great," she shared. "It's been 48 hours and there's no more blood." She quipped that the hemorrhoid felt like "I had a boulder stuck in there." Paytas shares three children with Hacmon: Malibu, 3, Elvis, 2, and Aquaman, 12 months.
