In the film, Giorgia Whigham plays Tatum, who is sentenced to court-mandated community service. A high-strung family friend, played by Alyssa Milano, gives her the job of leading a troop of misfit young girl scouts in pursuit of the prestigious Golden Cookie Badge. Convinced the program is failing to teach real-life skills, Tatum throws out the rulebook and launches her own unorthodox agenda to prepare the girls for adulthood.
Along the way, she battles an obscene rival troop leader (Trevor Wallace), falls for one of her scout’s older brothers (Rohan Campbell), and tries to regain the trust of her father (Shea Whigham).
