Kylie Minogue shared the stage with Snow Patrol for the live debut of their new song. According to Billboard, the pop superstar joined the band at their sold-out July 3 concert at Crystal Palace Park in South London to perform "These Alarms." The official concert video capturing the moment has now been released.

The track officially dropped on streaming platforms on July 1, marking the first release under Snow Patrol's new deal with BMG. The on-stage collaboration was reportedly the first time Minogue and the band had met in person.

Snow Patrol wrote "These Alarms" with Kylie Minogue in mind, initially giving the demo the working title "KYLIE." The band recorded it for their 2024 U.K. No. 1 album The Forest is the Path but decided to hold the track until they could record it with the Australian artist. "The story behind this song was irresistible," Kylie comments in a statement. "Hearing there was a demo called 'KYLIE' that had been living in the Snow Patrol archives was a complete surprise and, naturally, I was curious to hear it. Gary is such a brilliant songwriter, so to be invited into the band's world is a total honor."

What else is Snow Patrol celebrating?

The collaboration arrives as Snow Patrol marks a major career milestone. This year is the 20th anniversary of their hit album Eyes Open, which spent three weeks at No. 1 in the U.K. and became the market's biggest-selling album of 2006. Earlier this month, the band became the first recipient of the new Official Charts Hall of Fame Award.
