Blake Robertson's Dismissed Assault Case Reportedly Surfaces as 'The Ultimatum' Returns
The reality star's legal past is officially cleared, but the personal reckoning his co-star wants is still playing out off-screen.

Season 4 of Netflix's "The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On" hit the streaming platform last week, bringing renewed attention to star Blake Robertson's off-screen legal troubles.
According to TMZ, Robertson was arrested in October 2025 at a business in Nacogdoches, Texas, after he allegedly assaulted his girlfriend and co-star, Hayley Hendrich. The incident occurred after filming for the dating show had wrapped.
Hendrich told TMZ she declined to press charges. She also revealed they had private conversations about the incident but would like Robertson to publicly take accountability. Page Six reached out to Hendrich for comment but did not immediately hear back.
Robertson’s attorney, Sean Hightower, offered a different perspective to the outlet. "Blake’s case was rightfully dismissed by the prosecutor almost immediately, and all records were expunged."
On the show, Robertson gave Hendrich an ultimatum. Hendrich was reportedly reluctant, wanting Robertson to "open up more emotionally," per Netflix.
